"Where do I begin? The live bullets in the parking lot, the car windows being broken, the door lock on our room that didn’t work and then we were told there was no other rooms. Then we had a dog bark for 2.5 hours to which we couldn’t reach the front desk because you only get a busy signal. Corporate was called then got us connected to the front desk to which they said, the guest is at a concert and won’t be home for over an hour. Then the hotel proceeded to over charge me by over $500. Now I’ve been fighting to refund my money for two days."

"They forgot to clean our room after the first night, but supplied us towels and apologized when we asked for towels. Clean room and ok breakfast."
