"This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in the Roslyn area. The rooms are modern and clean. The fitness room has nice equipment. One downside is that the lobby and normal breakfast area were under construction and completely sealed off, which detracted from the experience. Would have been good if that were disclosed when I was booking. Another pet peeve is the $3.00 charge for a bottle of water in the room. This differs from other major hotel chains I frequent."

" 1/5 Star* This was an unacceptable stay. The hotel lacked basic guest care—no kitchenette as expected, no staff support, and the manager was never available. The lobby was loud and disruptive, and noise carried throughout the hotel due to poor construction, making it impossible for my toddler to sleep. We were forced to check out after one night on 04/09/2026 and are still struggling to receive a refund for the unused night, despite repeated attempts through Expedia and directly with the hotel....

"Room was very clean but in disrepair, sink was undermount and was falling away, the dresser drawers were broken. The fire alarms went off one night and there was no direction or explanation from the staff. The breakfast was very good with many options."

"I don’t even stay their I tried to call when I got there there where people outside smoking I don’t know what and I did not feel safe to stay there with my daughter I tried to cancel they said it was a third party and I couldn’t when I call Expedia you guys were no help at all as well"

"Parking lot is small and spot late is a roll of dice. The floor i was on was supposed to be no smoking but the floor smelt like smoking seams they dont check or enforce. The room was a basic bed and bullcrap tv. The bed squeeked loud . There was no breakfast at this place . When i said you people advertise you have breakfast i came down to find a cheap coffee machine tiny cup and a powder cream. I go and express what i paid and what i have for my money was a joke then the response of the guy...
