"Nice hotel, but I did not get the room I reserved. It was supposed to be an ocean view. I was put in a room with a partial view of the ocean. We would ask housekeeping to come back later but they would never come back. The breakfast was awesome service from wait staff the first couple of days was awesome then they wouldn't come back to fill coffee."

"A classic old school hotel, the Queen Kapiolani boasts a stunning unobstructed view of Diamond Head and a restaurant/bar with delicious food and tasty cocktails. Although a little older, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only downside was the street noise. We were on the 19th floor and could easily hear the traffic from the street, if we were on the balcony, we could hear conversations from other balconies/the pool.
