"The staff were very kind and helpful. Selection of restaurants and coffee shops in immediate area were excellent as we did not have a vehicle for three days. Everything was within short walking distance that we would need for our stay. We were happy to have a shuttle from the hotel to Epic Universe, and even though there was one offered to Universal Studios we decided to take the short walk ourselves. We would stay here again for sure."

"It’s in a great location but the first 10 floors are a parking garage that doesn’t belong to them. The lobby is on the 18th floor but you have to get through the hostess for the bar first. "

Las camas y las almohadas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones son limpias y amplias. El personal del hotel es muy bueno, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno muy rico y muy fresco y con mucha variedad. Siempre hay café, té y agua fresca. Son muy serviciales y amables en general. No se escucha ruidos en las habitaciones y dormimos muy a gusto.
