"If you are handicap, be aware that the accessible rooms are falsely portrayed on the website. There is no shower seat, just a very dangerous high sided tub. Desk clerk was super sweet, but had no explanation as to why there was no seat as listed and in photographs"

"Terrible stay. The room had a serious cockroach problem - there were roaches everywhere, which made it very uncomfortable and unsanitary. Cleanliness was extremely poor, and it did not feel safe to stay there. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"The bed had blood stains on it and the sheets had yellow stains all on the sides like if it was pee… none of the air conditioners worked in the rooms bc we switched rooms and still ac says 60*but it felt like 80* no exaggeration!! There was roaches and dirt and nasty stuff trash in the corner of the hall way to the room and in the room. Do not stay here the pics are a lie and there was heroin addicts falling asleep on the stairs to get to the room there was a broken handle on the door! So scary...

"LOVED this little villa. Staff was amazing, the location is tucked away and felt very private. The backyard patio and gazebo is such a vibes and every door you have to enter a code so we felt very safe. We stayed here for a festival at the Orlando Fairgrounds which was only 2.5 miles away, we will definitely be staying here again next time!"

"The entire stay at this hotel was horrible. I feel like the pictures were outdated during booking. The property was under construction. The ice machine was broke. There was no hot water in the shower. The floors were dirty in our room. The one bed has dirty sheets. The refrigerator leaked. There were bugs in the floor in the bathroom area. Only one elevator. Overall I think it should be closed down."
