"We had 2 rooms. Both had smells. The room floors were dirty. The foyer area had an intense smell. The pillows were very weird, small squares. The staff was nice. "

"Breakfast was decent, staff was nice. Biggest downside, how can you not have hot water in the morning from the showers - many people showering early is not an acceptable excuse. This is as basic a need as it gets. This not on the staff."

"DISGUSTING! I don’t know how they charge money for this place. The “No Smoking” signs posted all over the property were a joke; people were literally smoking in the hallways. It smelt and looked like a dumpster. I traveled with my two girls and they were scared; I had to demand an escort. It was just a layover, and after getting there, we should have stayed in the airport. "

"Everything was exactly what we needed! The room was clean. Amenities were sufficient. We loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. We wish the daily parking wasn't so expensive but our stay at Eden was perfect! "

The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. "The room was completely dirty. I didn't take photos but I took a video but it will not allow you to upload. There was many people outside my door all night yelling and fighting I would not be surprised if there was escort services in this hotel because when I checked out it seemed to be a prostitute checking in. I did take some screenshots of the video but it doesn't do it justice"

"The A/C unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Turned it off and it was too hot and bad air. The carpet was filthy and the place was too old to pay top dollar. Was not a good experience. "
