"Roof top pool and bar are great. They overlook the river. Hotel is new and clean. The rooms have a full fridge with a kitchenette. Free breakfast in the morning. A free happy hour with snacks Wednesday evening. Only complaint is the pillows were uncomfortable. "
"I liked everything. The staff was particularly welcoming and helpful and I loved the view from my room. Loved the guys at the valet station-they were always so very helpful. I was not so enamoured with the staff at the bar. The Hyatt is my "go to" place and this did not disappoint."

"We won't stay anywhere else in Savannah. What a value! Full breakfast each morning, apps and wine in the evening, and dessert at night. Friendly staff, beautiful historic house, comfortable bedroom with a fireplace--what else could we want?"
"This was a fun place and we will def be back!! One night was not enough. I'm not a fan of paying to park but I get it in this area. The fun decor and great staff made this a fun stay."
"Had a King room which was very large. Historic building full of southern charm. Great location on River street, we walked to almost everything.
Parking on site was a breeze. The only negative was that River Street can be a little noisy up until 11:00 PM, but it wasn’t bad at all.

"Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Amenities were awesome. Always cold bottled water, soft drinks, coffee and tea available. Breakfast were delicious! Nice courtyard area for sitting and breakfast. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with walking ease to restaurants and shops.
Would definitely recommend!"
"There’s not really an in-person check-in, so have your phone ready. When we showed up our room’s AC unit was broken, so we called and were able to get switched over to another room right away. The service was excellent! Each room is unique and fun in its own way. We liked it. "
