"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The strict early check in process was lengthy although I paid extra for it. They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early. The second issue was it was hard to get hold of hotel clerk over the phone from overseas."

"It was a great stay. For the room size, it was pricey, but that's what you may expect in Switzerland. Far from city, train station is nearby which was a great help. For 2 to 3 nights, if good deal, you can go for it"
