The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind...

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "Arrived after-hours, so followed instructions and collected our room keys which were waiting for us at Oz’Inn, just 2 minutes walk from Natureva Spa. Had 2 consecutive bookings (3N each) and the next day we asked reception to keep us in the same room - they obliged and we were able to keep the same room for all 6 nights - reception and admin staff were very helpful! The 1-bed apartment is well equipped with kitchen equipment, TV, etc. For a small fee you can use the washer and dryer behind...

"This is a great choice for Cite. It’s crazy cheap new building. Cheap furniture but pretty clean spacious. Breakfast is 3 euro it is same as 11 Euro breakfast. Coffee machine. Great valley. Next to la Cite. A bit harder to go into town "

"Very basic hotel. This is in no way a four star hotel, more like 2 stars, but it fit our needs. Very close to the sanctuary, about a 7 minute walk. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. When asked about parking she said there is no free parking anywhere in Lourdes. Turns out there are a couple of free parking lots about a 10 minute walk from hotel. "
