"It was hard to find our room because the hotel is so big. The directions are very confusing. But, other than that we had a great time."

"The property was beautiful, well kept and very clean. Staff was pleasant. I loved tge fact that food and beverages were available all night long. The only two downsides for me were: 1. The smoking and non-smoking sections were not completely separated in the casino by sides. They scattered throughout the casino so while in a no smoking section you could still smell the smoke heavily. 2. There was no way to heat your leftover food."

"Room was clean, except for a stray hair in the sink. Room is well-kept, but the decor is original 1970s. Window curtains were ripped, probably due to fabric breakdown due to age. This is all in the Dennis Tower, which is original, and could really use a major makeover. Restaurants on the 6th floor are much better as far as variety of food, quality of service, etc., vs. trying to eat on the 2nd floor."

"The room was a Junior Suite. It was a lovely, spacious, and clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bathroom. The toilet ran the enrire time, even though I tried jiggling the handle. There was also a vent in the shower area that was quire filthy. Looks like it's never been cleaned. That was surprising since the rest of the room and property were very clean. "

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. They are a newer hotel and still under renovation but overall very happy and comfortable with our stay!"

"Customer service there are rude. No microwave big red flag. What if you take stuff for your kids to hot 🙄 Room dirty, I call that a light broken a when I left the room then the came a change it without my consent, what if I been missing item 🙄 never going back here "

"The check in process was terrible, very poor managed (the actual staff at the Showboat however was friend & helpful). The room was not well maintained, chipping paint, ceiling & wall had water damage and was falling apart. The one pot, and one pan were full of scratches and chipping. I will not book with CozySuites"
