"Everything was great except that we were in Room 209, which is right next to the gym. From our back wall we heard weights being dropped and racked several times and loud music blaring if a guest decided to blast music from their phone. Otherwise it was a great stay and super close to Cal Poly SLO."

"Honestly the hotel itself it's wonderful especially the design outside the property with courtyard pool Jacuzzi sauna useless not getting hot if they can fixed it will be great as men women have separate, breakfast not that great same food every day bacon scramble eggs smell every day I felt like trow up, but what worse experience is on my first night I took shower in midnight after I noticed housekeeping didn't put any towels I have to dry myself in ac I tried to call front desk telephone not working I went to front front desk to complain poor management the Hispanic women so unprofessional not even say sorry she acts like not big deal just only says to me ok I tell housekeeping put more towels I said lady put more towels they ain't give me any now I'm sick because of I dry myself in ac but also worse today 8am someone keeps knocking on my door trying I said what you want only 8am check out 11am stop knocking on my door you wake me up I called front desk another unpleasant lady she only said ok put signs on your door never say sorry this hotel they need to training their staff it is so bad to deal such an unprofessional unpleasant people who work in hotel especially this hotel very pricey people don't really expect excellence service but we as guests expect good morality and respect not just unprofessional unpleasant front desk and housekeeping"

"The hotel property has many available locations on site to view the ocean and rocks of the cove!! I only stay here for it is soo wonderful and beautiful! The breakfast is also great! And for the private beach, it is a must see!!!"

"Beyon expectations. Room was clean, well appointed and quiet. Gas fireplace was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Oh, and the cookies were yummy."

"The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, making for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. They offered a hot breakfast along with cereal, fruit juices, and coffee. There was plenty of seating available both indoors and outside by the pool, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the morning. The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the outlets and provides easy access to the freeway. My only minor disappointment was the evening reception. While the complimentary drinks were appreciated, there were virtually no savory snacks available. I realize this isn't an Embassy Suites, but even something simple like chips and dip would have been a nice addition. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely return to this hotel without hesitation."

"Nice place and the property is maintained. I’ve stayed at this location last year as well. I liked that last year the offered continental breakfast which I appreciated. Now they offer coffee all day (not an upgrade )."
