"I have stayed here several times and always liked the location and convenience. Most of the front desk staff during my stay were kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, this became one of my worst hotel experiences because of a front-desk employee. My flight was delayed, so I arrived Friday instead of Thursday, the original start date of my reservation. "This property was wonderful except for the smell of mildew in my 3rd floor room. To their defense, virtually every hotel on this stretch of McCoy Rd that I have stayed in- has had this issue to some degree. I enjoyed the hotel vibe, staff and room features so much that I will be back.)"

"The staff was friendly and the service was okay, but the hotel was not what I expected based on the photos. It wasn’t as clean as it appears online, and honestly, it felt more like an old motel with a few cosmetic renovations than a hotel. The breakfast was the same basic breakfast you find at most hotels in Orlando—nothing special or memorable. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I don’t think it lived up to the pictures or the expectations they create."
