"Just up the street from Diver mall and the giant unicorn gundam. The hotel is well maintained and the frontdesk staff is super nice and friendly. They have a Lawsons on the second floor and a Thai resturant on the ground floor. They have another reaturant for breakfast but we slept in. Our washer/dryer in the room got stuck and we were unable to wash all we wanted to. They have two very large booths full of different types of amenities, face masks and other bath and beauty products."

"Great breakfast buffet. Room was clean, and large enough for three single beds, but felt a little dated. Bathroom was a self contained unit with lower ceiling height. Shower couldn't be used on full power due to the handset rotating to either the wall or shower curtain, and it was too low to stand with head under the spray, but otherwise it was all good, and a reasonable price for Tokyo. Easy access to Shinjuku station (although a bit of a walk). "

"First, the good stuff: the hotel was visually appealing and the room served its purpose as a place to sleep. The laundry room was well equipped with two each of a washing machine and drier, a water cooler, ice machine, microwave and a vending machine. The shower was decent. The staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Now the bad: the standard rooms are tiny. We travelled as a couple with luggage (a suitcase and a backpack each) and once we were settled in the room, we were having to climb...

"We had to get new keys every single time we left the hotel, every day. It was very frustrating being there for a week. The staff wasn't particularly friendly about it. Always asking for the reservation as if we hadn't booked the room. "

"El personal de este hotel fue particularmente bueno, la cama es cómoda (aunque las almohadas definitivamente no lo son y son muy planas), los controles de luz en la cama, la refrigeradora, el calentador y el kit de baño son muy convenientes. Los productos de limpieza del baño eran de buena calidad y la tina es de buen tamaño. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación y del templo. Todo funcionaba a la perfección. Contras: almohadas ya antes mencionadas, tamaño de la habitación y no hay...
