Khách sạn Odo

"Positive: Location is next to entry to Central Park and Lotte Mart. Clean room with walkin closet, good amenities including dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer & dryer. Buffet breakfast has good variety. Good fitness center. Excellent city view. Negative: Washer & dryer not drying well, no swimming pool and spa, lack of cafés and restaurants inside the hotel, no temp room for check-out guest who has to wait for late flight."

"It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."

"Good"

"I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good."

"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

"Clean and big room"

"It was advertised as being close to the Hwaseung fortress but it was about 1 hour away."

"If you love surfing, this might be a good area to stay for few days. There is a water park near the hotel . It only opens on the weekends. The hotel could’ve been better if the pool was open unfortunately is under construction until next year . So no there’s no pool at the moment for this hotel . The area"
