"I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken."

"レンタカーなしでの滞在でしたがバス停からも近く、海やフクギ並木がすぐそばで良い立地でした。お部屋も清潔で気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。エアコンがベッドに直接風の当たる位置で、もう1台のリビングのエアコンは故障中で使えないので、就寝中は付けたり消したりしないといけなかったのだけが残念ですが、それを差し引いても快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方がとても親切で感じよく、教えていただいたおすすめのスポットで最高の風景に出会うことができました。"

"The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. "今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。 一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。 また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。 空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。 残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"

"Room was ok, but not in accordance with the price paid. Check-in was long and very poorly managed. The beach is ok, but there is a designated area only, and a designated time of use. 09:00-17:00. Everything seemed to come with a charge and having stayed at similar priced properties in Tokyo and Osaka, it was a let down in service and substance."
