"Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. "Location was great--just a 10 minute walk to the tourist area. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. On site parking is big plus but make sure to reserve a spot. We would definitely stay there again. "
