Furthermore the bathroom ventilation is extremely loud - as soon as you turn on the light the ventilation produces a terrible loud noise."

"I had a minor fall on arrival and the receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after, Thanks I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls."
