His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for our experience did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, with a great location that made it easy to enjoy the area. Everything was well maintained, and we felt welcomed throughout our stay. What stood out most was the level of customer service. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it's how they're handled that matters, and Sahil and the team handled the situation exceptionally well. "there is no staff there so you are on your own - but that is ok - it is a very small place - old but totally updated inside no extra emenities at all on the outside (ice etc) the stairs to the top floor are not the best but if you are fit, they work!! Booking was great with Expedia but the hotel itself says you need to fill out a form and give 2 pieces if ID? which is not true!! for the money it was worth it"
