The entire hotel feels worn and in need of an update. The area along the canal is nice enough and I felt safe at night, just wish I had chosen a better hotel.

The staff was very nice, but the air conditioning was very noisy - it was always there and there was no way to fix it. However, they kindly cancelled the reservation for me and the staff were very accommodating.

location was well placed. near the train station and various restaurants in the area. had i spent more time exploring the area (didn’t because of the rain) it would have been a good location to explore from

　　I was suddenly scheduled for a business trip to Okayama and stayed at Livemax Okayama.　The front desk was polite and ordered a hanger, but they delivered it to the room politely.　 　This hotel does not serve breakfast, so if you don't need breakfast, I think it is the best hotel for you. The room was clean. Thanks for hospitality their hotel. Thanks

Budget hotel

The price was quite attractive. Staying there, I suspect there are two reasons. One is its distance from the main station: 10 min. walk. That was not bad as others mentioned. The other reason must be its facility. Obviously tired. Many scratches inside the room. However, that should be ok as a budget hotel.

ペット可能なホテルでペットの追加料金もなくリーズナブル。ペット用品も置いてあり◎スタッフさんもみなさん感じが良い。エレベーターも優先に使わせてくださったりチェックアウト後の荷物も快く預かってくださったりとにかく居心地がよかった。2回目の利用でしたが岡山へ来たときは確実に利用したいホテルです。

施設自体は新しいようですが、清掃が少しきになりました。 お風呂場のパッキン部分の水垢、温水便座壁についているスイッチの上の埃。使い捨てではないスリッパは少し不安。 空気清浄機の給水タンクの汚れ。 よかった点は 設備自体はエアコンも空気清浄機も新めで、また電子レンジがついていること。 清掃だけ改善されたらリッチもいいのでまた利用したいと思います。
