"It was the sweetest
Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass.

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. "Bathroom needed a lot of work. The microwave didn't work. Clothes hangers above the coffee pot. Cigarette burns on bed cover. Staff at check in was very pleasant. The room to me was overpriced. It will take a lot for me to book in the future."

"Arrived at property around 9:00 PM,
office door open, no one at front desk.
Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience."
