" Clean room"

"We stayed at this hotel recently, and overall the room appeared clean ,the bathroom and the rest of the space were well maintained. However, on the first night when we went to bed, we noticed that the blanket had two yellowish stains and two black hairs on it. It seemed like the bedding had not been changed prior to our arrival, which was disappointing and concerning. Aside from this issue, the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable. As a piece of advice to future guests, I would recommend checking the bedding before going to bed to ensure everything is fresh. I hope the hotel pays closer attention to housekeeping details, as cleanliness especially of bedding is very important for guests comfort and trust."

"The room was clean but the bathroom was questionable. There was hair by the toilet and hair on the towel. The conditioner was empty. Beside that the girls at the front desk that checked us in were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again."

"The rooms here are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful - when they saw that my family of four had booked two rooms to accommodate the two teenagers being in their own room, they upgraded us to a single two-bedroom suite for less than we were paying for the two rooms! Facilities are nice and they have activities and a downtown shuttle - what more could you need?"

"We spent one night at Circulo while in town for the. Charleston Open tennis tournament. The hotel is a small boutique type hotel with only 16 rooms but our room was large and nicely appointed. The shower was very also very nice. There are 4 paid parking spaces under the hotel, and about 10 other paid parking spaces directly across from the hotel. Although there is no staff at the hotel, I had great inaction with them before our arrival and they were extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel if you stay in North Charleston. "

"The room was extremely small and lacked wardrobe space Drawers didnt shut properly Only 1 gown for 2 people. Room service poor"

"The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for the first 10 minutes. We paid roughly $600 a night. Management was very apologetic. I will not be staying there again."
