"Great staff especially Daniella and Vanessa. They made my stay pleasant. Suggesting places to eat and go around. I had a rather complicated stay arrangement as I did W Trekking in between stays but they didn’t mind to help with unique arrangements. Room is clean. Bathroom works perfectly. The hotel location is right by the shore. It’s very convenient to go to the downtown as well."
