"The property was fine but shouldn’t be advertised as Waterfront as it really isn’t. we were given the wrong room initially ( without a pull out double bed) but the desk manager worked hard to rearrange other guests and was able to rectify the oversight. She was very accommodating. "

"A lovely hotel in the historic port area. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. A nice onsite restaurant with excellent food for diner and breakfast....shout our to our lovely server Halle! The area on each floor with refreshments and snacks that guests could help themselves to was a nice idea! The onsite valet parking was $45 per night which was a little steep as they actually parked the car off site....hopefully in a secure carpark?! Apart from that all was good."
