"Our check-in and check-out experience was very efficient. The location of our room in a building behind the gym provided the tinyest glimpse of a pool -- so it was underwhelming for a "pool villa.". However, it ended up to be convenient, and the room itself was nice. The poolside staff were extraordinary in both their lounge chair set-up for us and an iced coffee that wasn't really on the menu.
