"The room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We finally enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was once we got home. It took five days to get the pending money back into my account and I had to ring the hotel as they had overcharged me by £150 which if I hadn’t of queered it I wouldn’t have got it back it was just aggro. I didn’t need once we got home."

"Excellent, from the beginning when I checked in and when I checked out everything and everyone was superb.
The staff made me feel welcome, the facilities, the cleanliness was superb.
Many thanks for the complimentary gift and the upgrade of my room.
All the staff were superb and I want to say a special mention to Sandra and Shafani.
Sandra for cooking a wonderful Omelette for Basil and Shafani for showing Basil around.
The extra touches such as the cheese and wine hour were wonderful after...
