"I have nothing but good things to say about check in and the room we booked - great, comfortable. The only advice I would offer is to remove the ice machine from the breakfast room. It is too loud and it resonates on a wood floor. Small concern. "

It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying...

"Last minute decision ro spend the weekend at the beach. Got a reservation at the Moulton. I knew before we got there that this was one of the older buildings in Hampton Beach. That it was , however, the price was right, it was close to the beach., room was clean with a comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. "Come to this hotel often. Convenient location, a little up in cost now. But suits our needs. Staff is professional and accommodating. Like the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel. They have hot options and a waffle maker which is always a hit for the kids. Like the fresh fruit selection. Parking is enough for the hotel and pool is nice to have on bad weather days. Just have to grab towels at the front desk before using the pool. We come every year."
