"Staff was extremely helpful especially with an early morning checkout. TV did not work the whole time, and room was bland but we booked for view and location, not luxuriousness of room. Small bathroom, but functional. Great drinks and nice breakfast. Breakfast was good and plentiful and was $15/person. Overall great stay and very convenient location beside ferry station. "

"The property was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was quiet and food was good. Portions could have been bigger.
The room was nice, shower was great!
Only issue it was not sound proof."

"Great quick overnight for an early morning flight. Room was clean, bathroom great (although small), comfortable bed. Short 5 min walk to the airport but we had easy bags that were back packs. It would not have been so easy if we had rolling bags or if it was raining. We stayed May 1st on a warm sunny day and didn’t have any issues with the room being to warm. There have been some reviews in April about the room being too hot."

"This is one of the most awesome places we have ever stayed at for so many reasons
Great friendly helpful staff,outstanding location with unparalleled views of Lake Como and surrounding mountains that can be viewed from your balcony or outdoor patio.
Shuttle service is wonderful feature with great drivers.
Breakfast is absolutely outstanding.

"The train station is only 10 mins walking from the hotel which is very convenient. It’s a bit far from the center from Milan but it’s perfect if you’re looking for something affordable and near a train station that can take you to the center."

"It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."
