"The property was nice and in a great location for walking. The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. This was uncomfortable for us as we had to drive six hours to the location. I called Jim in the early am and...

When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "
