When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "

Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable.
