"Good location "

"The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. My gripe was with the shower in our room. The water wouldn’t drain quickly so if you showered more then a minute the bathroom would flood. There was no tub just a small glass wall between the shower and the toilet and sink. I asked the staff the first morning we were there to send maintenance to unclog the drain and the woman told me she put in a work order. She said someone would come sort it out that day which was fine since we were out all day. Needless to say nothing changed and the bathroom still flooded. I don’t want to give the hotel too low of a rating since everything else was great but the shower situation really annoyed me."

"Courteous, friendly and efficient check-in. Complimentary room upgrade. Guestroom was in very good condition and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. As many others have mentioned, its proximity to Victoria Station can’t be beat."

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, the receptionist kindly offered my partner and me a complimentary drink at the bar to celebrate our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, the doormen and lobby staff were consistently polite, always offering help and wishing us a great day. On the day of checkout, the gentleman at reception also extended our checkout time, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel—everything was perfect from start to finish."

"We needed heat more than air conditioning. the Max temp was 24 which defaulted to 21. It was too cold for us. My wife wanted 26 but there was no option. Service in the rooms was perfect. Location was the best. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. We would reccommend then to friends and fellow travellers. The front of the hotel needs a little attention to cleanliness. It looks a little dated. Stairs entrance needs attention too."
