"Fantastic stay at the Renaissance hotel, the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and always lovely to speak with, special shout-out to Nguyen, Hannah and Mark. Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines. "

"We had the most beautiful stay at The Pearl Hoi An and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The resort itself is stunning — the rooms are modern, bright, spotless and feel so fresh and new. The pool area is incredible, the beachfront location is gorgeous, and there’s even a lovely little strip of eateries just a short walk outside the resort which was super convenient. The food throughout our stay was consistently amazing — from daily breakfast to high tea and lunch, everything was delicious. Cocktails were a little on the lighter side, but the beer was cold and perfect, so no complaints there! What truly made our stay unforgettable though was the staff. Every single person we encountered — from reception to security to the drivers — were so kind and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Tracy N, Amy V and especially Chau Chao. Chau Chao went above and beyond for us every single day, helping organise transport, activities and anything we needed. One day she even stayed back after her shift just to assist us when we were returning from Old Town — such a genuinely beautiful and caring person. We are so incredibly grateful. The only small downside was that some of the shops and restaurants within the resort appeared to be closed, but it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We truly hope they reopen in the future. Overall, such a stunning resort with exceptional service — we would absolutely return!"

"This was a clean hotel with many amenities. They went above and beyond including providing a small fruit basket upon arrival, complimentary water and snacks as well as towels were replenished daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food as well as made to order coffee. We loved our daily breakfast while sitting outside and enjoying the view. The only negatives were the restaurant food was our least favorite we had during our week long trip. The restaurant and salon were also extremely overpriced compared to all of the other restaurants and spas within walking distance. You can get your nails done outside of the resort for 1/3 of the price. The shuttle was also a bit disappointing. It doesn’t run all day long to the beach or Hoi An and you also have to schedule it at least 1 hour in advance. I would prefer that the shuttle just run back and forth all day and you hop on when you’re ready. It was a great resort and I would consider staying again if I go back to Vietnam! "

"This is a very nice hotel at the beach with two pools. The in room food service was very good. The place has a very nice vibe. Although it is a bit of a trip into the old town. They offer a free bus service but we found it wasn't convenient for our schedule "

"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "

"Very pleasant hotel, if a little rough around the edges. There as refurbishment work happening whilst we were there so good to see some rooms getting a face lift. The staff are excellent, so incredibly helpful and the breakfast was really good."
