"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."

"This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). The kicthen was perfection (clean and stocked with everything). Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. "For the price this place is good. The a/c was cold but loud. The building needs updating but the staff are very nice and the place is clean. It was easy enough to drive to but it isn’t anywhere near to downtown. The hotel feels safe. "

"The property condition is poor, water leaked on the ground floor and in the hallway of 4th floor. There were signs of water damage everywhere and in the room floor. The elevator is extremely slow and there’s only 1. Two positive points: water pressure was very good and decent gym."

"I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin."

"The hotel was actually beautiful and there was so many different little things there. But I wanna give it two stars because of the mattress there was like a sink hole in the mattress. If you will, it was awful. I did not sleep and of course I was catching an airplane. Definitely need to upgrade the mattresses."
