This was a good budget option for a work stay. Its a very central property and only a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The room was small and quite basic but the bed was really comfortable and I slept exceptionally well.

Loved how clean it was, near a big supermarket, near the streetcar, and not too far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bus terminal is also a 20 minute walk away, from which you can take buses to many places (airport, eagle beach, palm beach etc). The only thing I did not like is breakfast was not included.

You cannot beat this place for the price! The room and common areas were super clean. You are a block away from the light rail with all the shops and less than a mile from the harbor and Renaissance mall. There is a nice balcony with several patio chairs to relax on. Room was clean, cool and well appointed. Staff were very helpful and, although we had to buy breakfast, it was very good. The area is a bit run down but it is safe and an easy 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants. All in all, good value and we would stay there again.
