"We booked this stay on the Expedia website (non refundable). Expedia’s site listed this property with a swimming pool. The front desk clerk said there hasn’t been a pool there for years. The room is now used to store furniture. Overall the accommodation is outdated. We requested a room back away from the hiway and were accommodated. There is a lot of traffic noise. There were some work crews staying there, which could be a good fit; cheap basic accommodation. But as a vacation destination, this...

I have now stayed here on my last three trips through Kamloops and it is my preferred hotel in Kamloops. Clean, well appointed rooms and facilities, courteous and professional stall. "very busy with many baseball teams visiting . pool and hottub very busy and no towels remained . also hot tub was not warm in the morning at 9 am when I went to use it.otherwise comfortable bed and nice modern look and feel "
