Nhà và căn hộ du lịch tại Orino

"The location was good but honestly I wouldn’t book again. It was so difficult to get to my room. And I didn’t hear back from them when asking for help untill I reach out to Expedia. The doors are so close to eachother you can hear everything and I had the worst night sleep. Since I kept thinking people were trying to get into my room but it was just the next door. The shower jsut close properly so all of the water spills out of the shower and I had to use all my towels to clean it."

"We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are...

"Very helpful staff. Beautiful view. Clean."

"Great stay on the boat, new, well equipped and fantastic terrace on the roof to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a water park close by and the lovely small town of Sesto Calende with shops, bars and restaurants is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Great short stay with the family"

"The location was great. The sushi restaurant next door is excellent and we highly recommend For our party of 3 it worked out very well. We would love to stay again."

"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"

"Great Location, Very Clean, from room No. 2 you can hear everything outside but they provide you with ear plugs. Overall great stay!"

"This property is extremely unique! It’s incredibly serene, totally clean, and beautiful, the interior design is wonderful, amazing!! she’s wonderful at communicating with you, and guide you through the check-in process. She helped us book a boat ride we wanted to do, and she also organized dinner reservations and transportation for us. We had no rental car, so that was really helpful. We did not participate in any of the spa offerings, but that was only because we were only there two nights. We...
