"The front desk staff while friendly they were not very informed. The coffee shop attendant was very rude. Got locked out of my room because the breakfast coupons payment didn't go through but a simple called could have resolved the whole thing especially after spending a long day out."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a great experience. The property and my room were very clean, and the amenities were excellent. I especially loved that breakfast was included each morning, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was also perfect, being so close to Disney World.
