"I was only in for a quick stay, and it was great. I found the accommodations comfortable and clean. It's not as modern as other hotels, but that's completely fine. "Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me. "We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"Absolutely excellent stay at Comfort Inn Midland exceeding my expectations. Morning breakfast 6am- 9am is wonderful the staff come around consistently filling up an additional bonus. The staff are wonderful as the cleaning crew always smiling and helpful.
