"The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel."
