Receptionists are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable on things when you ask something
Security Guards- Helpful, Courteous and Friendly.
Hotel is very clean.
My negative comments: air conditioning a little noisy; TV minimal tv shows in English; found cockroaches in my room but hotel sent pesticide asap. No face towels and hand towels provided.
