"I already miss it. This hotel is in a great location. So quiet yet surrounded by gems of bakeries, restaurants, and a short walk to the river walkway. The free water was very much appreciated. The staff cares a lot and were responsive, friendly, and kind. Incredibly professional. I would stay here again. It’s impeccably clean. The only shortfall is the laundry. I don’t think the machines are well-maintained, and the laundry smelled weird. Fortunately there’s a very clean and well rated laundromat nearby. "

And we had dinner at the restaurant one night, which was excellent. only gave staff four stars because there is nobody to help with the luggage as we’re dragging two large suitcases. And the concierge was unable to recommend restaurants for us, which I would think would be one of the responsibilities of that position."
