Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
Very nice clean room. The staff was very helpful. We left our jackets and they sent them to our hotel in Tokyo before our flight home. Great air conditioning. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower
Hotel staffs are uncooperative and not allow hotel guest to connect laptop to TV’s HDMI port for work. I booked this hotel partially relied on using the big screen TV for work. Very very disappointing
