"Between the pictures online and the first look at the townhome we stayed at, it LOOKS pleasant. I cannot say everything that was wrong with this place but I'll try to summarize. We arrived at 4pm for check in, waited 20 minutes to get our address and lockbox code (which took 4 tries to open). The kitchen had scratched up pans, 1 pot, 2 lids that didnt fit anything, 1 lid without a handle, broken kitchen utensils, a small half used bottle of dish soap, and dishes that were actually dirty which...
