Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful. "
"A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack.

"It's a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the food was delicious. They made chapatis for me even though it wasn't on the menu. But the breakfast was more Indian, no mandazis, mahamri, or a typical Kenyan breakfast."
