5/5 - Excellent
Go early to make sure you can get in. Not necessary to go with a tour, but allow 2-3 hours - it's worth it. It covers much of Krakow's history and war years.

Recommend a guided tour as so much to see but needed someone to tell whole story and guide what you are looking at. Very crowded.
Full of history about the war and the place, Lots of History not much factory, You do see the famous stairs
This is a must do, if your interested in history, but go yourself, not only cheaper than an organised tour, but you have the option to stay and able to read and watch what you want, noticed the trips were rushed through.
Completed this after completing the free walking tour for the Jewish Quarter, was very interesting.
