Great place but nightclub noise

Great condition, clean, central and everything you need for a nice stay with convenience in Oslo! BUT there is a nightclub on the ground floor next door, and the base travels through the whole building from Thursday - Saturday evenings, so I do not recommend this apartment if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet

Nothing bad to say, everything was clean and amazing area! The only thing was the digital key was very tempermental, and would sometimes not work. After getting into contact via phone they sorted it but still because these is not reception it was a little scary. But everything other than that was amazing!! 5 stars

Everything was really nice. It would have been better with air conditioning as the room got really warm especially when it was sunny. The elevator was not working so it was little bit of a problem climbing 5 flights of stairs up to our room as I have a bad knee. . All in all it was really good.

Excellent location. Can be noisy at night Wednesday through Saturday because of bars in the area but this is to be expected in this location. I’d stay again.

No elevator and no response

Was placed on 4th floor with no elevator and a 20 kg suitcase. The contract clearly stated an elevator. I tried to complain and reach out 3 times but with no response. Besides for this its central, quite new and clean. Just be aware if you have a stroller, handicap or other difficulties with stairs! Also do not expect any service; the whole process of check-in/out is via app, so if you are out of battery you are stuck.

Convenient location, close to all transport. Not for the people who like it with the front desk service. Was having problems with the key application, and it was hard to reach out to the customer service at 3pm when most of the visitors were checking in. Before you visit the hotel make sure the key access application works Will stay there again.

Loved this place

First of all, Oslo is an amazing city. Expensive but well worth a visit. Our apartment was ideally located, central, on public transport routes and within walking distance of the train station snd the city centre. It was very clean and well equipped with two convenience stores, a cafe, a burger joint, and a couple of restaurant in the same building block. Very good value for money. We loved it and would stay here again.

Compact but very comfortable apartment close to T-Bane and tram. Supermarket very nearby - great area. Very well appointed and our apartment had lovely sunlight streaming in the large windows. Comfy bed. There is a nightclub next door but once the windows were closed the noise was minimal. Keyless entry worked fine but only as we had a phone that could take international calls. Good stay - we'll be back!

High quality and very spacious apartment in a classy district. It has a great kitchen but is also right near some very good dining spots. One minute to public transport stops so access to city centre is very easy. We could easily live in this place!

A really cute apartment that was comfortable and functional. Near the Stolli tram and bus stop which made it very easy to get around Oslo. It’s right above a nightclub so bear that in mind!! That being said, still pretty quiet!

Nice, but with a few exceptions

The apartment was modern and clean just as pictured. The downside being that during our stay were on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of order. Also, the heat was on high, probably 27c or 80f. Thermostat was hidden up in a loft accessible only by a ladder and didn’t respond when turned down anyway.

Lose a star for noise pollution from local disco on first night. A shame as excellent in many ways and helpful when we left something on the room. Nice central location for activities and young vibe to local bars and restaurants as near uni. Not so good for oldies like us looking forward to a rest or families 🤔

Perfectly situated

We had a lovely time here and would happy recommend if you are staying in Oslo. Please note - though the location is excellent and really close to the tram/bus station, it's still a little noisy at night. They've done an excellent job with the windows to quieten the noise, but if it's warm while you are there then you might need them open! Apartment does not come with fans for the bedrooms. I loved the decor and the massive fridge freezer. I think we struggled a bit having just one bathroom between four of us. Still, if you're got time in the morning then this is a great place to stay!

The Van Der key app worked great, but there was a lot of communication about needing to pick up a physical key around the corner, which we did. But it turned out everything could be opened with the app so it's not clear why we needed to pick up the fob. Otherwise, the place was nice, reasonably priced, and well-located. There are a couple of shops and restaurants nearby and the tram and train stations are not far.

Great little apartment close to the city centre. Much closer than you think. Walkable but around the corner from the tram stop with really great links to the rest of the city and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you wanted to stay in that area. Nicely decorated, well looked after and very warm! Easy to communicate with the rental company. The key to the apartment and Entry is via an app which you have to download beforehand. One thing I will mention is that we could have slept much better due to the terrible pillows. They were so thin they may as well not have bothered with them at all and gave us all a bad night sleep.

On the whole we really like this street-facing third-floor apartment. Access through the app was seamless. Location is great, with public transport (tram and bus) two minutes away. The national library is across the street, and the neighorhood is very nice with some good restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable, consisting of a huge living area and a smaller bedroom. Kitchen is modern and well-appointed, especially if you want to do your own cooking. Washer in the bathroom is a big plus. Two shortcomings: (1) there is a club on the ground floor of the building and Saturday night was super loud well into the early morning. Sunday and Monday night was perfectly quiet--something to consider if your visit includes the weekend; (2) the bathroom shower stall leaked water out into the area by the WC.

Had difficulty finding the apartment as the address from Hotels.com was for another one they own around the corner, did eventually get the correct address but 45 minutes we could have done without. Entry is via an app you download so if your not technical you might have problems. The cleaning could have been better, the floor was sticky. They have a quiet policy but doesn't apply to the restaurant below, so on Friday night we had noise until around 1p.m.. Plus points was the location and number of shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by and the transport links.

We cannot recommend in the summer holiday season

Well placed appartment with good facilities such as kitchen, washing machine and good space. Very reasonable price for one week rent in summer high season Unfortunately we had terrible sleeping quality due to 3 reasons: - No ventilation or aircondition which meant for us on the top floor in the building temperature above 27 degrees in the rooms - Terrible noise problems all through the night from the two bars and one big night club that are the closest neighbours in the building. We had the pleasure of both high music, screaming and singing from 23-05 - The beds are quite old/worn out and not suitable for people with any kind of back problems I would recommend Bjørvika to install AC and upgrade the beds since that would allow for guests to keep windows closed and get sleep even if it the appartments are placed in the midle of night clubs.

So pros about the property, right next to some restaurants, shops, grocery, bus and tram stop. Only about 0.7 miles walking to the National palace or national theatre and the main shopping street. The heated floors in the bathroom were nice, bathroom also had a combo washer/dryer which I didn’t know. The apartment building does have an elevator, not sure why the information page says it doesn’t, maybe in case it doesn’t work. There is only a heater, no AC if you go during the summer months. Cons: getting in the key fob only works on the smaller, less obvious pad. Not the giant one that accesses the rest of the units or businesses. Yes, there are other businesses in the building but did not appear to be on the same level as the apartments. If you stay there on a Friday or a Saturday night, be warned the nightclub Dorsia (right next to the apartment) is open from 10pm to 3am. My apartment was on the fourth floor and faced the other side of the building but you can definitely hear the bass. You have to sort and empty your own garbage (Norway is big on proper recycling) but the larger garbage cans are outside of the building, around the corner and in an alley. It wasn’t obvious to me. The pillows seem to be made of the same stuff as the comforters so would flatten out within minutes. No neck support whatsoever.
