"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. "This place was the perfect location for visiting Como. Easy walk to everything like restaraunts, train and ferry. Julet was super helpful with check in. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel is well situated, an apt hotel which are well equipped, clean and has all the amenities that one needs. The reason for the low rating is due mainly to a mix up in the reservations that we have and how it was handled. We reserved two bedrooms apt, got only one, and also by mistake they overcharge me, and it took me two months and many phone calls and emails to get my money back. Also, we were there during the heat wave and their AC doesn't work that great and it does not go below 22...

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "
