Khách sạn Otis

"It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I"

"Nice modern motel well located for AT hike"

"We were very pleased with our experience here. Room was super clean and included a mini fridge and microwave. The mini fridge was much needed for storing milk as we were traveling with an 8 month old. We forgot the sheet for our pack and play and the staff was helpful in providing us with one. The black out curtains were very effective and helped get baby ready for his nap. Breakfast was solid. We had lots and bags and baby things resulting in my husband making multiple trips between lobby and...

"This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay."

"Room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the deck, although it needs some updating due to broken boards. I was told the restaurant was a fine place to dine. Desk staff was helpful."

"Bathroom needed a lot of work. The microwave didn't work. Clothes hangers above the coffee pot. Cigarette burns on bed cover. Staff at check in was very pleasant. The room to me was overpriced. It will take a lot for me to book in the future."

"When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster."

"Lovely property.unique historic buildings and rooms with updated amenities! Quiet and peaceful beautiful dinner!"

"Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Parking was not an issue even though the hotel was full. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming."

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was...

"awesome"

"It was a decent place to stay. I’m a light sleeper, and there wasn’t a lot of outside noise (Sat-Sunday). Good natural light in the morning from the windows. My guest said the pillows were comfortable. I always bring my own pillow."

"Wonderful location and hosts are amazing. Breakfast was great. Clean."

"An absolutely perfect getaway spot! Beautiful rooms, great service, and an ideal location. Highly recommend and we will be going back."

"Almost everything was really great, and I would definately return again. The only minor critique is that there was no coffee machine in our room, and no coffee machine on the landing between the rooms. The machine in the study/sitting area only provided tea or instant coffee. The only real coffee available is if you go into the breakfast room, and then you have to wait for it to be served to you. When we do return I will simply bring a coffee maker with me, but that is annoying."
