"It was great! Super spacious and great for families. My husband, baby and I want to come back here when we do another family trip."

"The check-in process was very confusing and frustrating. The system seemed to have issues depending on which number was provided through the email, making it difficult to access my room smoothly. Unfortunately, the checkout process has been just as difficult. When trying to check out in the morning, I was instructed to enter the same number I used to access my room, but the system would not accept it. Because of this, I now have to wait for customer service just to complete the checkout...

"Minus 1 star for hard bed and only 4 small hard pillows. Another star deducted for a missing dining table, there's space but did not have one. Overall close to Dotonbori, spacious, clean."

"チェックイン、チェックアウトがとてもスムーズでよかったです。 私が事前にちゃんと見ていなかったから、歯ブラシ、パジャマを持って行ってなくてちょっと困った。 周辺にたくさんお店があって食べるのは困らない。 お部屋は家にいるみたいにくつろげてとても良かったです。"

"The room was clean."

The area whilst quiet is connected well with buses. There is a bus stop right outside. It is about 25mins walk to the golden pavilion. It is a 20-25min bus ride back to Kyoto Station and about 3600 Yen via taxi to the Station as Buses don’t allow big luggages on board - although I saw many foreigners do this...

"Location is next to aeon mall"
