"Hotel was good , only issue i had is i left a pair of black pants in my room called to see if i can get them & they told me my pants werent there , when there isnt anywhere else they could be unless someone is stealing in the hotel , im also a hotel staff worker so this was a major concern for me that guest can potentially lose things in there room & be told its not there"

"The room had enough space to open two big luggage. When you go to the onsen, the staff came often to make sure that it’s clean. Nice staff and there was convenience store in 1 min!"
