"The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Myself and my children enjoyed the pool and breakfast was very tasty. If I'm in the Ottawa area again, I would surely book this hotel again"

"I arrived early and the staff was able to give me an early check in. The room was clean and spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel was clean, the decor is a bit dated and in a few instances, I found minor cosmetic issues that needed repair such as missing tiles on the wall around the elevator. Different areas of the hotel had a smell to them that I didn’t care for. I’m not sure if it was carpet deodorizer or a room freshener devise. I made use of their gym which had an about a dozen cardio machines, (treadmill, bike, elliptical and even a recumbent bike) free weights, and a few weight machines. More than adequate for a workout away from home and the gym is open 24-7. Overall a great experience. "
