"The location was perfect for all the main Victoria attractions. Proximity to the ferry terminal was the biggest bonus so we didn’t have to lug our luggage around very far or hire a uber/taxi. Staff were kind and helpful, they were even able to check us into our room early. They had convenient luggage storage if there isn’t a room available yet or you want to walk around more between check-out and your departure. The rooms are definitely on the aged side but ours was well cleaned. We felt safe walking around the area as two women even late at night."

"Perfect beds and perfect room. We used the water fefil station in the gym but never got a chance to use the pool. The microwave was a little awkward being almost at floor level but it worked and we really enjoyed the room. The only negative was finding a parking spot if you came back later in the evening. 2 transport trucks were parked, one using 5 parking spaces and the other using 4. The only place left for us was so narrow you couldn't open your doors and the street was also full of cars. Luckily while we were sitting wondering what to do someone pulled out to leave."

"This is a beautiful property with an amazing staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. There is no self parking available, only valet. My husband didn’t like that but I had no problem with it at all. The breakfast was delicious. There were ready made options as well as eggs prepared your way. It was close to some restaurants and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit."

"We have stayed here several times. While it is not a high end hotel, it offers spacious, clean rooms conveniently located close to downtown, walking to Fisherman's wharf, restaurants, waterfront. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples who like to be out & about enjoying the local community."
